The retreat is a place of learning and support for young people aged 16 and above and is just an hour and twenty minutes north of Auckland. It is a beautiful earthbrick homestay, inland from Pakiri Beach and set amongst organic gardens, streams and native bush.
Services offered include:
- developmental workshops
- weekend retreats for people wanting time out
- individualised live in programmes
The retreat is founded on the principle of people helping people. It is unique in that all workshops, retreat stays and programmes are free of charge and no one is paid for their involvement. The retreat has no religious affiliations and promotes an atmosphere of accepting all people and beliefs.
