The Free Natural Health Clinic is staffed by volunteer therapists and receptionists. There is also a need for volunteers who are willing to mow the lawns or periodically tidy up the gardens.
Receptionists - Receptionists welcome clients, prepare client cards, log and remind people of appointments and are supported by the Therapists and the Receptionist Co-ordinator. Training is provided and an operating manual means that the system can be followed without requiring previous experience. We often have a need for new receptionists and it is an important role in the success of the Clinic.
Therapists - All Therapists must be qualified in their field and are screened prior to being able to work at the Clinic by the Therapist Co-ordinator. An industry standard Ethics Policy must also be followed. Some Therapists donate time on a fortnightly basis, others weekly. Some work a full day at the Clinic while some do a morning or afternoon. There are four therapy rooms available at the Clinic so there are usually other Therapists as well as the Receptionist at any one time.
Lawns and Outside Work - We are grateful for anyone able to assist with mowing the lawns or maintaining the property. It really helps the energy of the Clinic if the property is looking good.
